Do you provide a written quote? +
Always. Every project starts with a free in-home estimate and a detailed written quote that breaks down exactly what you're paying for. No vague numbers, no surprises.
How long will my renovation take? +
It depends on the scope. Bathrooms typically take 2–3 weeks. Kitchens run 4–6 weeks. Basement projects are usually 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a firm timeline before work begins.
Do I need to move out during the renovation? +
For most renovations, no. We contain the work area, protect your floors and furniture, and clean up every day. If any phase requires you to be out, we'll tell you well in advance.
Do you handle permits and city inspections? +
Yes, completely. We pull every permit required and coordinate all inspections with the City of London. You don't need to make a single call to the city.
What areas do you serve around London, Ontario? +
We're based in London and serve the full city including Byron, Old South, Masonville, Hyde Park, and White Oaks. We also serve St. Thomas, Strathroy, Ingersoll, Woodstock, and Tillsonburg.
What does your warranty cover? +
All our work is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right. No arguing, no runaround — it's in writing in your contract.
